Requirements
- Hold an unencumbered state clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate proficiency in trauma-informed treatments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in structured, evidence-based practices.
- Have strong chart documentation capabilities for high-quality clinical recordkeeping.
- Be comfortable with digital health technology and remote video software.
- Be comfortable using electronic health record systems.
- Have full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-backed psychotherapy to individuals recovering from trauma and PTSD.
- Provide care to youth and adult populations aged 6 and older.
- Work with clients assigned through direct organizational referrals.
- Document clinical care using the Jane EMR.
- Use AI writing tools and live translation aids for documentation.
- Collaborate with psychiatric advanced practice providers.
