Requirements
- Hold an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
- Be licensed in Texas.
- Be fluent in both English and Spanish and able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
- Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
- Be comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
- Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.
- Medicare billing experience is a plus.
- The posting offers 1099 opportunities starting at 15 hours per week or W2 opportunities starting at 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's needs.
- Work independently as part of a collaborative care team.
- Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools.
- Participate in regular paid case consultations.
