Requirements
- Hold an active, independent California clinical license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Be fluent in both English and Spanish and able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
- Have a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
- Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
- Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.
- Medicare billing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting.
- Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context.
- Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
- Work independently as part of a collaborative care team.
- Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools.
- Participate in regular paid case consultations.
