Job Details

Bring strong commercial thinking and make decisive recommendations rather than only presenting charts.
Think in terms of unit economics, payback periods, cohort analysis, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Be proficient in SQL.
Be proficient with product or behavioral analytics tools.
Have expertise with a modern data stack.
Know at least one scripting language for deeper analysis, such as Python or a similar language.
Have successfully led retention, growth, or monetization analysis for consumer products, ideally mobile, gaming, subscription, or high-frequency consumer products.
Have analysis experience that has materially changed business decisions.
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and judge where model outputs are reliable or unreliable.
Communicate complex analysis as clear recommendations for non-technical audiences and defend conclusions with data.

Own activation, D1/D7/D30 retention, WAU, cohort behavior, channel and market CPA, and leading indicators for transaction and subscription conversion.
Diagnose product, billing, and engagement data and recommend actions to improve retention and conversion.
Measure major launches, including the 3D World of Minds interface, native app, and account-level subscriptions, with success metrics and quantitative impact analysis.
Work with GTM and vertical product managers to size market opportunities, set targets, and run experiment-and-learn cycles.
Establish daily and weekly reporting and build lightweight self-service reports for routine questions.
Present analysis and recommendations to product, growth, management, and the board in writing and in meetings.
Use AI across the analytics stack for querying, summarization, prototyping, and automating repetitive work.
