Requirements
- Hold a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Currently hold an active New Jersey or Michigan license to practice therapy.
- Maintain a New Jersey or Michigan license in good standing; additional licensure will be required on hire.
- Have experience providing mental health therapy to individuals.
- Be bilingual in Spanish.
- Have a strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations relevant to therapy practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health and wellness screenings, assessments, progress monitoring, and risk assessments.
- Identify users experiencing or at risk of social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties and support people in crisis, facilitating referrals when needed.
- Provide prevention, wellness promotion, psychoeducation, coaching chats, therapy sessions, and behavioral health interventions.
- Develop individualized care plans, set goals, and help users identify obstacles and plan for behavioral change.
- Coordinate care and provide case management.
- Review and moderate user-submitted content according to company policies and guidelines, providing feedback when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in audits and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with professionals on safeguarding concerns and communicate with healthcare providers to support continuity of care.
- Attend clinical supervision, required training, continuing professional development, and team meetings.
