Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in React.js.
- Have hands-on experience with the .NET framework and Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Have experience with C# and ASP.NET MVC.
- Know REST/SOAP APIs and have hands-on system integration experience.
- Be familiar with message queues.
- Have experience with Entity Framework ORM and SQL Server, including stored procedures and ETL jobs.
- Know Git.
- Have experience debugging, identifying root causes, and solving coding problems efficiently.
- Have upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Technical support experience in fintech and payment processing is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide SL2 support and resolve production issues.
- Address merchant inquiries and technical concerns, collaborating with the SL1 team on task prioritization.
- Resolve data issues and verify the smooth operation of transaction processes.
- Troubleshoot transaction, gateway, device, and integration problems reported by merchants or clients.
- Monitor and maintain application health by overseeing batch jobs, ETL jobs, and gateway communication through the HealthCheck Application.
- Assist new clients with app and service integration in collaboration with the SL1 team.
- Support a seamless client onboarding and offboarding experience.
