Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of commercial experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails.
- Work with Ruby on Rails and relational database design using PostgreSQL.
- Have experience with NoSQL databases, caching, and message brokers.
- Understand REST APIs, WebSockets, and JWT, cookie-based, and OAuth authentication.
- Know SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Have experience with Minitest or RSpec.
- Use Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
- Be fluent in Polish and English.
- Be ready to contribute to architectural and scalability decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement features in a modular Ruby on Rails monolith.
- Develop functionality for prescriptions, pharmacy operations, and dedicated pharmaceutical manufacturer programs.
- Use AI-assisted tools in daily development and critically review generated code.
- Write automated tests using Minitest and fixtures.
- Manage deployments using LaunchDarkly feature flags.
- Work within HIPAA requirements for handling medical data.
- Work with PostgreSQL, caching mechanisms, and Sidekiq background job queues.
