Requirements
- Bring 3+ years of quality assurance/manual testing experience on public-facing web applications.
- Validate applications across desktop and mobile devices, multiple browsers, and responsive breakpoints.
- Bring 3+ years of experience on web-based software projects across the software development lifecycle, from requirements through post-release support.
- Bring 2+ years of automated testing experience with Cypress, Playwright, or similar, including test architecture, reusable utilities, test data strategy, and CI/CD integration.
- Bring 2+ years of experience validating API integrations with Swagger or Postman, or using automated API testing frameworks.
- Have previous release management experience.
- Be able to work in Agile or Waterfall environments and ensure acceptance criteria are testable and aligned with business requirements.
- Have experience reviewing workflows, user journeys, or UI designs using Figma, Miro, or similar tools.
- Have experience managing project requirements or test results in Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Have experience with Confluence, Azure DevOps wiki, or similar documentation platforms.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Business, Management Information Systems, or Accounting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing across product categories.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage releases, including feature updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Review applications for quality.
- Create test plans and testing strategies.
- Develop test cases in partnership with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Use manual testing tools and support test automation processes.
