Requirements
- Knowledge of Azure and ARO architecture and application deployment.
- Knowledge of modern architectures and engineering practices, including microservices, events, queues, CI/CD, and TDD.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong communication for interaction with business and technology teams.
- Analytical ability and critical judgment to assess requests and translate them into solutions.
- Familiarity with agentic SDLC and using AI to support development is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build infrastructure modernization solutions for Azure, from architecture through tested code.
- Contribute to mapping the current environment and defining the target architecture and modernization plan for health portals.
- Gather, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements with business and technology teams using Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Build, customize, and orchestrate agents, skills, subagents, commands, and harnesses, and reuse them across the team.
- Apply microservices, event-driven systems, queues, CI/CD, TDD, and automation to build and evaluate solutions.
- Translate functional requirements into viable, simple, scalable technical solutions and review AI-generated outputs critically.
- Evaluate solutions, agents, and skills using evaluations, tests, and red teaming.
- Track and document work using Scrum and Kanban, and propose continuous improvements.
