Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or FP&A.
- Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain complex pricing models.
- Bring advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Be comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office products.
- Have hands-on experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Have experience with SaaS or BPO pricing structures, including per-member-per-month, per-transaction, tiered or volume-based, and success/outcome-based fees.
- Have familiarity with healthcare or medical billing and reimbursement models, particularly utilization management (prior authorization) and payment integrity.
- Have hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights / Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Have exposure to AI-assisted analytics or business intelligence tools such as Claude, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Communicate financial findings to non-finance stakeholders in a concise, actionable way.
- Be organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple cross-functional deliverables in a fully remote environment.
- Be available during core U.S. business hours; Eastern or Central time overlap is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and use pricing models to forecast profitability, revenue impact, and margin changes.
- Partner with Commercial, Clinical/Operations, and Actuarial teams to develop pricing models and present summaries to senior leadership.
- Review deal opportunities, RFP responses, custom pricing structures, and discounting frameworks, and provide recommendations to pricing and Finance leaders.
- Analyze the cost impact of process and product improvements and incorporate findings into financial and pricing models.
- Support strategic projects and provide scenario modeling and pricing inputs and assumptions.
- Gather and compile internal data to monitor financial performance, key metrics, and client profiles.
- Support Sales and Marketing budget and forecast preparation with budget owners.
- Use Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) for planning cycles, scenario modeling, and financial reporting.
- Apply AI-powered analytics tools to automate routine tasks and surface insights.
