Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional frontend development experience in Agile environments.
- Demonstrate deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern build tooling such as Vite.
- Understand browser internals, web performance optimization, CI/CD, and modern Git workflows.
- Provide a portfolio showing full architectural ownership of complex, web-scale React applications.
- Be able to turn vague requirements into technical solutions with high autonomy.
- Have advanced written and spoken English to articulate technical trade-offs to international stakeholders.
- Have experience with server-side rendering frameworks such as Next.js or Remix.
- Be familiar with micro-frontend architectures and monorepo tools such as Turborepo or Nx.
- Have hands-on testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Be familiar with AI-assisted software development practices or RAG application frontend integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable frontend architecture, component patterns, and state management using React and TypeScript.
- Own complex frontend features from design requirements through production deployment and validation.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, SEO, and the Vite build pipeline.
- Lead architectural code reviews and enforce Clean Code principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve technical debt.
- Mentor L1 and L2 engineers through pair programming, technical documentation, and career-path guidance.
