Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer.
- Have experience handling US- or Australia-based accounts.
- Have strong spoken English and a neutral accent.
- Demonstrate communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Be able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Be able to work a graveyard shift during US work hours, 20 hours per week.
- Be familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office.
- Know how to use online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
- Have a USB headset with noise cancellation and a working webcam.
- Have a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
- Have a main cable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products and services.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant business information.
- Overcome objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects.
- Update call results and notes accurately in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
