Requirements

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM configuration, implementation, application support, or a related technical and functional role.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, including core HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Recruiting modules.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM development, SQL, PL/SQL, reporting tools, and shell scripting.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of Oracle HCM databases, data structures, and associated technical tools.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM reporting, particularly BI Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM common features, native tools, configuration capabilities, and application support practices.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related integration technologies is beneficial.
  • Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI is preferred.
  • Troubleshooting skills and the ability to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
  • Ability to manage tasks autonomously, prioritize competing requirements, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation, functional specifications, and user training materials.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting modules.
  • Manage support tickets for enhancements, defects, bug fixes, reports, interfaces, configuration updates, feature implementations, and security role changes.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support and technical teams to investigate complex issues and implement fixes.
  • Record, monitor, and resolve business incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
  • Assess Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, analyze new capabilities, and coordinate regression testing, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Gather business requirements, assess system limitations, and recommend application enhancements.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications and collaborate with relevant teams on implementation.
  • Document configuration changes, enhancements, technical solutions, and system updates.
  • Develop training materials and guide users on new functionality, system changes, and improved processes.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting, interfaces, and data-related processes.
