Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automation solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint engineering, including Windows Autopilot and device lifecycle automation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, identity lifecycle management, and SCIM- or API-based provisioning.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash, with experience integrating REST APIs and webhooks.
- Knowledge of Git, Terraform or Bicep, Ansible, and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 platform engineering, including Microsoft Graph API, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune.
- Experience implementing production AI-assisted or event-driven automation, including anomaly detection, event correlation, and automated remediation.
- Ability to incorporate security guardrails, approval mechanisms, auditability, and rollback procedures into automated processes.
- Understanding of 802.1X authentication, enterprise PKI, certificate authorities, MDM certificate deployment, and NAC troubleshooting.
- Strong architectural judgment and ability to lead design discussions, mentor engineers, and influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define architecture and standards for Windows endpoint management using Microsoft Intune.
- Automate device provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, software inventory, and retirement.
- Lead Entra ID identity architecture and automate joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.
- Architect and automate Microsoft 365 administration using Microsoft Graph APIs and PowerShell.
- Establish enterprise automation standards using Terraform, Bicep, and reusable scripting frameworks.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines, API integrations, and modular automation solutions across infrastructure platforms.
- Deliver production-ready AI-assisted operations, including anomaly detection, event correlation, and predictive monitoring.
- Design automated remediation workflows with authentication, audit logging, approval controls, and rollback mechanisms.
- Build unified telemetry and observability architecture and implement secure secrets management.
- Define architecture standards, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate across technical teams.
