Requirements
- Have three to four years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a related field.
- Have practical experience executing multichannel campaigns from planning through launch, measurement, and optimization.
- Bring strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder dependencies independently.
- Have experience with email marketing, content creation, social media, events, lead generation, or other demand-generation activities.
- Be comfortable analyzing marketing performance data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Have excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to grammar, accuracy, tone, and audience needs.
- Communicate proactively, including raising questions, flagging risks, and clarifying dependencies.
- Work independently and carefully within an established strategy while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Have professional proficiency in English.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Nice to have: familiarity with CRM systems, marketing analytics, campaign attribution, funnel reporting, UTM tracking, conversion optimization, or A/B testing.
- Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, HR technology, learning and development, or enterprise marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage multichannel B2B campaigns from planning through launch and post-campaign analysis.
- Turn marketing strategies into timelines, task lists, creative briefs, asset requirements, audience segments, and launch plans.
- Track engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, and recommend improvements and experiments.
- Build and maintain marketing emails, nurture sequences, audience lists, forms, landing pages, and basic workflows in HubSpot.
- Maintain tracking, UTM parameters, lead capture, lead routing, campaign attribution, and database hygiene.
- Coordinate editorial and social media calendars, content production, newsletters, and content distribution.
- Coordinate webinars, conferences, and field event workstreams, including promotion, registration, attendee communications, logistics, and vendors.
- Create and maintain sales enablement resources such as one-pagers, presentations, email templates, case studies, and campaign kits.
