Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or a similar internal-IT role.
- Bring hands-on experience administering Okta or a similar identity provider, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and MDM tools.
- Have experience with ITSM platforms and designing incident, request, and change management workflows.
- Be comfortable writing scripts or using light automation to eliminate repetitive work.
- Have working knowledge of networking fundamentals, endpoint management and device lifecycle tools, and access control best practices.
- Have experience supporting SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or similar compliance audits from the IT side.
- Communicate effectively and exercise independent judgment as a senior or sole IT resource.
- Nice to have: experience in fintech, healthcare, or another regulated environment.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Zero Trust networking tools and basic working knowledge of AWS or GCP.
Responsibilities
- Own the internal IT stack, including identity and SSO, Google Workspace, device management, and core SaaS tools.
- Design and automate employee onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes.
- Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle, from procurement and provisioning through repair, replacement, and secure retirement.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, account, and access issues across the company.
- Partner with Security on SOC 2 and other audit requirements, access reviews, and least-privilege enforcement.
- Reduce manual IT work through automation and scripting.
- Manage the ITSM ticketing system, define incident, request, and change workflows, and track SLAs.
- Document systems, runbooks, and processes.
