Hold a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
Have 8 years of experience in the job offered or a similar software testing position.
Have 7 years of experience designing and implementing testing automation frameworks.
Have 7 years of experience conducting UI/Web UI test automation using Selenium WebDriver or an equivalent.
Have 7 years of experience with framework/tool research and experimentation.
Have 7 years of experience identifying bottlenecks.
Have 7 years of programming or scripting experience using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
Have 5 years of experience with integration and regression testing.
Have 4 years of experience with BDD/POM or similar test structure patterns and CI/CD pipeline integration of test artifacts.
Have 2 years of experience working with SQL and databases.
Have experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Have experience providing technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Pass the pre-hire coding exercise in Python, framework design challenge, bug-finding/exploratory test case review, and CI/CD integration scenario.
Travel for team meetings or company gatherings about twice a year.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, tools, and scripts for web front-end products across multiple product streams.
Design and execute integration, regression, and performance tests using industry-standard tools.
Build and enhance scalable, reusable test automation solutions.
Integrate testing artifacts with CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to plan and test new features.
Clarify requirements and create targeted test scenarios.
Research and implement automated testing tools and techniques.
Remove obstacles to smooth test execution and delivery.
