Requirements
- Have 5–10+ years of experience in AppSec, DevSecOps, or secure software development.
- Have strong knowledge of OWASP.
- Have strong knowledge of cloud-native systems.
- Have strong knowledge of API security.
- Be familiar with AI/ML security risks.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive an AI-native Application Security vision and roadmap.
- Design the operating model for agentic AppSec, including security copilots and policy-enforcing agents.
- Shape secure architectures as a hands-on technical leader.
- Build and mentor an Application Security team focused on leverage and automation.
- Evolve threat modeling into continuous, system-aware analysis.
- Embed automated security reasoning into CI/CD and AI/ML pipelines.
- Lead AI-specific adversarial testing, including prompt injection, model abuse, and data leakage.
- Embed security agents into IDEs, pull requests, and CI workflows, and use continuous risk scoring to influence release decisions.
- Own AppSec strategy for AI systems, models, prompts, and agents, translating emerging risks into automated guardrails.
- Train engineers on secure AI-native system design.
