Requirements
- Professional experience in motion graphics, motion design, animation, or a similar creative discipline.
- Solid knowledge of animation fundamentals, including timing, rhythm, transitions, composition, and movement.
- Experience creating visual content for social media, digital campaigns, video, or branded experiences.
- Familiarity with Figma and the ability to work from existing design files and layouts.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Understanding of how motion can support storytelling and communication.
- Ability to collaborate with designers, editors, and other creative professionals.
- Organizational skills to prioritize work and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- A portfolio showcasing motion work, animation, and creative visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Turn creative concepts and static artwork into animations and engaging visual experiences.
- Produce motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, compositing, and other visual effects.
- Partner with video editors, designers, and other creative team members to take projects from concept to final delivery.
- Adapt and animate existing visual assets while maintaining established brand guidelines.
- Create flexible animation systems, templates, and reusable assets.
- Use Figma files and layouts to understand visual direction and design intent.
- Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions for digital content.
- Manage several projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining execution standards.
