Requirements
- Have substantial experience in IT service management and developing, designing, and implementing IT strategies.
- Bring several years of IT consulting experience, particularly in process consulting and IT organization development.
- Have strong knowledge and practical experience with established IT frameworks such as ITIL, SIAM, COBIT, or SAFe.
- Be able to adapt standards to client situations and develop tailored solutions.
- Have broad expertise in IT strategy, IT transformation, digitalization methods, technology trends, and ITSM platforms.
- Bring several years of consulting or comparable project-environment experience with demonstrable project results.
- Have strong analytical skills and experience deriving actionable recommendations.
- Be client-oriented and confident engaging with management-level stakeholders.
- Have experience leading projects and teams, with strong self-organization in a remote environment.
- Be willing to attend occasional client meetings on site.
Responsibilities
- Develop future-ready IT organizational models and their core components in line with IT strategy, industry standards, and best practices.
- Design IT organizations, including processes, roles, responsibilities, service portfolios, and interfaces between IT and business functions.
- Guide clients through implementation of organizational models and manage transitions to target organizations.
- Manage stakeholders, implement processes, and support employee development during organizational transitions.
- Lead complex client projects, including project planning, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Develop strategic recommendations and implementation concepts based on analysis.
- Advise stakeholders and manage interfaces while building long-term client relationships.
- Coach junior consultants and interdisciplinary project teams.
- Support business development activities and proposal preparation.
