Requirements
- Have 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, presales or enterprise sales at an IT services, software or technology consulting company.
- Have at least 2 years of experience working on international markets, with direct experience of UK, European or Middle East buyers.
- Have hands-on account-based marketing and outbound experience, including building target account lists, writing sequences and booking enterprise-buyer meetings.
- Have presales experience writing or contributing to proposals, RFP responses and capability decks for deals involving several decision makers.
- Have enough technical understanding to discuss cloud, data, AI and custom software credibly with a CTO and know when to involve an engineer.
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Have working knowledge of a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Sales Navigator, and Google Analytics.
- Be comfortable working remotely with hours that overlap the UK and Central Europe for most of the day.
- Knowledge of GDPR and cross-border data transfer terms is a plus.
- Experience with Apollo, Google Ads, webinar platforms or marketing automation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the EMEA go-to-market plan, including target countries, industries, buyer roles and quarterly pipeline targets.
- Develop messaging for the company's AI and digital transformation, product engineering, data and analytics, and enterprise modernization capabilities.
- Research competitors and pricing in each market and maintain a brief for the sales team.
- Plan and run account-based programs, including account research, tailored outreach sequences, LinkedIn campaigns and follow-up content.
- Run LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads against cost-per-meeting targets, and build prospect lists using Apollo or Sales Navigator.
- Plan webinars, roundtables and events for target buyers.
- Prepare discovery calls, capability decks, proposals, RFP and RFI responses, and solution one-pagers for enterprise opportunities.
- Turn delivery work into case studies, reference architectures and outcome summaries.
- Own the EMEA content plan and work with the web team on landing pages, search visibility and conversion.
- Maintain marketing-sourced lead records in Zoho CRM and report on pipeline, meetings, cost per opportunity and win rate using Google Analytics 4 and CRM data.
