Requirements
- Be a current student or recent graduate based in the US.
- Provide samples of content created for a class, club, job, internship, or personal account.
- Have clear writing and a good eye for design.
- Be comfortable with Canva or Figma and a basic video editor.
- Be reliable and able to hit deadlines without reminders.
- Have curiosity about AI, social media, content, and digital marketing.
- Work part-time, 15–20 hours per week, from January through April 2027.
- Submit a resume, two or three work samples, and a two-hour practical assessment.
Responsibilities
- Draft and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and short-form video.
- Design carousels and graphics, and make simple video edits.
- Turn Ajaia reports, client work, and product updates into engaging content.
- Track what performs and bring ideas for what to try next.
- Use AI tools daily and edit the output until it sounds like a person wrote it.
