Experience
Mandatory five years of high-level Mastercam programming

Requirements

  • Have five years of high-level Mastercam programming experience.
  • Be able to deliver on-site instruction.
  • Be comfortable with complete, start-to-finish setup of complex CNC machine tools.
  • Be comfortable programming complex CNC machine tools.
  • Be comfortable performing first article inspection of complex CNC machine tools.
  • Be willing and able to travel up to 60-80% across the region.
  • Experience in 5-Axis and/or Mill-Turn environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site instruction to manufacturing shops.
  • Work with manufacturing customers.
  • Deploy optimization strategies.
  • Set up complex CNC machine tools from start to finish.
  • Program complex CNC machine tools.
  • Perform first article inspection of CNC machine tools.
