Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting.
- Have 2+ years of experience in a lead or management capacity.
- Have 4+ years of experience using SQL, Python, Pyspark, or other programming languages to explore and transform large, complex datasets.
- Have experience working with large, messy, evolving datasets, especially where definitions or taxonomies change.
- Have experience building and maintaining production-grade data workflows.
- Be comfortable with SQL and Python or similar tools.
- Have familiarity with GitHub and Databricks; Spark is also mentioned as a workflow tool.
- Be able to work and project manage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own data strategy and execution for a portfolio of client deliverables within new sectors.
- Partner with product and revenue leaders to set and meet targets focused on accuracy, client value, and efficiency.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for emerging sector data in client conversations with GTM teams.
- Investigate data quality issues and implement scalable fixes for client or internal QA concerns.
- Design, standardize, and maintain scalable workflows as coverage expands.
- Maintain and enhance sector taxonomies and build custom categorizations for sector-specific clients.
- Coach and mentor analysts while setting standards for quality, speed, and innovation.
- Partner with Data, Insights, Revenue, and Engineering teams to identify and execute opportunities to grow ARR and optimize processes and pipelines.
