Requirements
- Have 1+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
- Have 1+ years of experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses into relevant insights.
- Demonstrate structured and systematic analytical thinking.
- Have experience communicating business reporting impact and requirements between technical and non-technical users on at least 2 reporting projects.
- Have experience with SQL, including filtering, aggregation, and building CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python, including Pandas, for loops, and statistical tests.
- Be proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, including VLookup, nested IF statements, and connected Sheets.
- Have 1+ years of experience in healthcare, finance, or the insurance industry.
- Healthcare analytics and reporting experience is a plus.
- Experience managing value-based contracts at a payer or provider organization (ACO, CIN, MSO) is a plus.
- Dashboard development and experience with Looker or other business intelligence or data visualization tools are a plus.
- Exposure to healthcare contract negotiations, risk adjustment, the ACA marketplace, quality of care, or population health is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to help business teams make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Present analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical colleagues.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of operational and analytical dashboards.
- Update and enhance dashboards as user needs evolve.
- Create models and tools to identify inefficiencies and generate relevant insights.
- Collaborate across the organization to identify improvement actions and monitor their impact.
- Support strategic projects as assigned.
