Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background.
- Have 5–7 years of professional experience in business immigration.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy when managing client information, documentation, and processes.
- Bring experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate organizational, process-management, analytical, and computer skills.
- Be able to analyze data, identify trends and process gaps, and translate findings into recommendations.
- Prepare clear documentation, reports, presentations, and client materials using strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Collaborate effectively with attorneys, leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement practical process-improvement practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, improvement, and documentation of workflows, processes, and procedures supporting immigration case work.
- Draft and distribute firmwide communications and process documentation on case-management practices.
- Lead onboarding for new corporate clients, including document collection, information organization, and internal platform configuration.
- Coordinate with operational teams to support accurate system setup and client transitions.
- Partner with attorneys and senior legal staff to respond to client questions and develop solutions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and customized client tools.
- Analyze reports and trends, and share findings and recommendations with leadership and Partners.
- Develop data-management practices and initiatives to maintain accurate, complete, and organized client information.
- Support client presentations and collaborate with Business Development on RFP responses and other client-facing documents.
