Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree or above.
- A major in Math, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Teaching experience is highly preferred.
- A valid teaching certificate is highly preferred.
- Be available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones).
- Bilingual ability in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
- Teach in English.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for students in Grades 5-8 across North America, aligned with the CCSS framework.
- Teach in English using interactive and student-centered methods to promote engagement and strengthen core concept understanding.
- Address student questions in real time.
- Prepare lesson content based on individual student needs.
- Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and continuous improvement.
