Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role within software organizations.
- Bring a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on DevOps experience.
- Have proven experience with AWS services and cloud migration projects.
- Have extensive experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Have solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Have experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Be fully fluent in English and available to respond quickly and stay connected throughout the team's workday.
- Be able to write clear, easy-to-follow documentation.
- Bring strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to work with minimal direction.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- MLOps or DataOps experience, such as ML or data pipelines, model deployment, or data platform automation, is a plus.
- AWS certifications are a plus, including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Lead and support migration of on-premises systems to a cloud-native, serverless architecture.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Provision and manage cloud resources with Terraform across environments.
- Build internal tools to support development teams and help shift toward platform engineering.
- Set up monitoring, maintain system reliability, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Work with development, security, and operations teams, communicating clearly and promptly.
- Apply security best practices, conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments, and help maintain compliance.
- Keep infrastructure, process, and tool documentation up to date.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
