Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics.
Have hands-on expertise in real-world data.
Bring advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and reporting.
Bring advanced Python skills for building and productionalizing machine learning models.
Have experience developing BI reports and dashboards for end-users.
Demonstrate the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Be comfortable working in a startup environment with ambiguity and rapid change.
Be able to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, including operational and clinical teams.
Be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Preferred: Previous experience at a health plan or Managed Service Organization.
Preferred: Familiarity with Medicare Advantage populations and value-based care organizations.
Preferred: Experience with AWS, DBT, and Snowflake.

Own the machine learning strategy and execution.
Build foundational infrastructure to scale machine learning implementations.
Automate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models through MLOps.
Serve as the trusted analytics expert for an Oasis workstream.
Build analytics data models in DBT.
Identify data sources for patient identification and risk stratification, and assess program impact.
Develop predictive models to identify target patient cohorts.
Use AI and LLMs to advance patient and provider engagement.
Analyze clinical data from payors and providers, clinical program performance, and workflow and operational data.
Develop the analytics layer for executive and operational dashboards.
