Requirements
- Bring hands-on experience with Adobe CDP, including building audiences and activating customer data.
- Have 5+ years working with CDPs in a consulting, agency, or client-facing environment.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of audience strategy and activation.
- Translate business needs into effective CDP solutions.
- Lead client conversations, influence decisions, and translate CDP capabilities into business value.
- Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders and build trust with client teams.
- Bring experience with customer data structure, unification, and activation across channels, and CDP integration into the broader marketing ecosystem.
- Apply CDP concepts across platforms such as Tealium, Hightouch, or similar tools.
- Work across strategy and execution, including shaping solution approaches and scopes of work and guiding implementations.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex client challenges.
- Mentor team members and contribute to shared practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead CDP client engagements end-to-end, from defining strategy and solution approach to designing, implementing, and activating solutions.
- Guide clients on data governance, privacy, and CDP best practices, and shape roadmaps for personalization and activation.
- Define solution approaches and scopes of work, and manage delivery against client expectations, timelines, and outcomes.
- Review work, resolve issues, and mentor team members on CDP best practices.
- Develop reusable frameworks and QA processes, and train client teams.
- Stay current on CDP trends and share insights through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and client-facing contributions.
