Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.
- Hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Have in-depth experience with ServiceNow integrations, custom development, and troubleshooting.
- Have expertise implementing and optimizing ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Security Operations, Service Catalog, and Reporting modules.
- Have strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS.
- Have experience with ServiceNow upgrades, performance optimization, and scalability best practices.
- Have strong knowledge of data security practices and integration security protocols.
- Have experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Be able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certification.
- Preferred: Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Preferred: Experience with Jira, Jenkins, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business and IT requirements and platform best practices.
- Lead ServiceNow implementations, including solution design, technical planning, and phased deployments.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications with cross-functional teams.
- Develop custom applications and extend ServiceNow modules using App Engine, Flow Designer, scripting, and other platform capabilities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications.
- Optimize workflows, manage data migrations, and improve system performance through platform configuration and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment planning.
- Mentor developers, guide stakeholders, and enforce ServiceNow development best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation for applications, system designs, configurations, integrations, and processes.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and recommend enhancements aligned with IT modernization goals.
