Requirements
- Have intimate knowledge of an affiliate or performance marketing business, or a track record recruiting and building performance marketing teams.
- Bring experience recruiting for paid media, yield, CRO, or data science roles focused on business metrics.
- Own full-cycle searches from first touch through close, independently and across concurrent searches.
- Communicate recruiting assessments clearly and concisely to senior leaders.
- Build a repeatable sourcing framework covering inbound and outbound candidates, including passive candidates.
- Use sourcing tools and automation to improve recruiting results.
- Track outreach volume and speed during hard searches.
- Be transparent when an assessment is uncertain or incorrect and seek the information needed.
Responsibilities
- Run senior and hard-to-fill searches from intake through close.
- Build candidate pipelines ahead of demand.
- Develop scorecard floors, pre-screen rubrics, and interview designs for searches.
- Provide direction and support the growth of the Recruiting Ops Manager.
- Build reporting that helps leadership track search status and forecast stalls.
