Job Details

Languages: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in SAP, with strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

Have 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in SAP and strong hands-on SAP FICO experience.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Bring strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, customization, implementation, and production support.
Have experience designing, building, testing, and deploying SAP solutions, particularly RICEF developments.
Be able to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical functional and technical solutions.
Understand business processes within an SAP environment and communicate requirements to development teams.
Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and time-management skills.
Have strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with users and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision and build relationships across multicultural, cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate attention to detail, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Communicate strongly in English, both in writing and verbally.
Be willing to support occasional non-standard working hours, on-call requirements, and business-related travel.
A Master’s or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
SAP certification in the relevant functional area is preferred.

Deliver SAP implementation packages on time and within budget, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live activities.
Configure, customize, implement, and support SAP FICO solutions across relevant functional areas.
Translate SAP business requirements into functional specifications covering reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Design, build, test, and deploy SAP FICO technical solutions, particularly RICEF components.
Provide internal users with guidance on SAP functionality, technical environments, and module-specific issues.
Analyze root causes of business and technology challenges and recommend process and system improvements.
Collaborate with development teams by providing functional descriptions, business process guidance, and solution requirements.
Manage and support ERP, SAP, and application solution delivery sub-projects.
Prepare and facilitate user acceptance testing, including test runs and user support during execution.
Develop and facilitate training and create standardized documentation for new developments.
