Job Details

Have strong professional experience developing backend services and web applications with Golang.
Have experience deploying services in Docker containers.
Have strong experience building modern, componentized frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
Be able to write performant SQL and work with data-intensive applications and relational databases.
Understand clean-code principles and idiomatic TypeScript and Go.
Be able to learn a new business domain and product independently and apply that knowledge to technical and product decisions.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Be committed to continuous learning and improving technical skills and engineering practices.
Experience with concurrent application logic such as Go goroutines is beneficial.
GitLab CI pipeline experience, Prometheus, Grafana, AI productivity tools, or productionized AI solutions are advantageous.
Additional experience with MaterialUI, Airflow, Python, or Terraform is welcome.

Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance Golang microservices and frontend applications.
Build performant, component-based user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
Own features from ideation and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production improvement.
Evaluate architectural options and communicate technical decisions and trade-offs.
Improve service and application performance, reliability, and observability.
Improve engineering quality through clean-code practices, code reviews, automation, and process improvements.
Collaborate with engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
