Job Details

Bring hands-on software development experience with Golang, including backend services and scalable application development.
Have practical experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
Understand APIs, microservices, integrations, automation, cloud infrastructure, deployment practices, and the software development lifecycle.
Translate business and technical requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable engineering solutions.
Work collaboratively with architects, DevOps, security, and software engineering teams.
Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and production issues.
Use AI tools in software development workflows, or be willing to experiment with and learn AI-assisted engineering practices.
Claude Certified Developer or Architect certification is highly preferred.
Understand the complete software development lifecycle and have experience overseeing technical deliverables.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, presentations, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Work effectively in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing project and client needs.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Golang backend services and software solutions.
Build reusable Terraform infrastructure-as-code modules for consistent, secure, and reliable cloud environments.
Develop APIs, microservices, automation tools, and integrations.
Translate solution designs and project requirements into secure, maintainable production implementations.
Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and ongoing management.
Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, security teams, and developers across the software development lifecycle.
Review code and Terraform configurations to promote quality, consistency, security, and development standards.
Use AI-assisted development tools, including Claude, and share effective practices with teammates.
Troubleshoot application, deployment, and infrastructure issues across development and production environments.
Improve application performance, cloud reliability, deployment efficiency, and operational processes through automation and continuous optimization.
