Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or another applicable discipline, or have equivalent professional experience.
- Bring 10+ years of progressive professional experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Have 10+ years of experience with IAM solutions, including PAM, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Identity Governance and Management.
- Have 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Have 8+ years of experience with DDI, networking, firewall, server, and cloud technologies.
- Have 5+ years of hands-on Windows PowerShell experience, including developing scripts and automation.
- Have experience in complex enterprise environments with diverse authentication and authorization requirements.
- Have knowledge of Active Directory, VDS, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, MFA, and PAM.
- Have experience with identity lifecycle and governance platforms such as MIM, SailPoint, Saviynt, or ForgeRock.
- Have knowledge of cloud identity technologies across Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Have experience administering Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Have experience with automation using PowerShell, Perl, Python, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Have experience supporting Windows Server and Linux Server environments, including AuthX support.
- Have experience with mergers and acquisitions involving Active Directory and Azure environments.
- Have experience in GxP or other regulated environments, with systems management and compliance documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Engineer, implement, administer, and improve enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Privileged Session Management (PSM) solutions.
- Manage privileged account onboarding, credential vaulting, account lifecycle processes, and privileged access workflows.
- Implement least-privilege and just-in-time access methodologies.
- Monitor privileged activity through session recording, auditing, analytics, and other security controls.
- Support investigations involving privileged credentials, elevated access, and security incidents.
- Maintain security requirements, compliance controls, risk reviews, documentation, and related objectives.
- Support operational initiatives, incident management, and problem management.
- Participate in acquisition, consolidation, and divestiture integration initiatives involving Active Directory and Azure.
- Collaborate with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams on audit requirements and regulatory obligations.
- Support identity and access management services across Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and DNS.
