Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or have an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Have 5+ years of experience working with Oracle NetSuite; this is preferred.
  • Bring preferred experience with NetSuite Manufacturing and Distribution processes, including Sales & Operations, Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, WMS, and item and record management.
  • Have experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or nonprofit organizations; manufacturing experience is particularly preferred.
  • Be willing to pursue relevant advanced certifications and continue developing NetSuite expertise.
  • Be able to plan, prioritize, and organize work while managing pressure, budgets, deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and respond to unexpected issues or changing client requirements.
  • Bring client management, relationship-building, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Be able to support sales and marketing initiatives, including cross-selling, events, webinars, whitepapers, and positioning complementary consulting services.
  • Have written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Responsibilities

  • Architect Oracle NetSuite solutions aligned with client business objectives and manage project risks, timelines, alternatives, and outcomes.
  • Lead client discovery and design sessions, define functional requirements, and translate business needs into NetSuite solutions and implementation approaches.
  • Collect and analyze data, conduct client interviews, prepare deliverables, and serve as a lead subject matter expert.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate deliverables, work-plan progress, risks, and issues to clients and internal project leadership.
  • Assess business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and develop roadmaps and actionable NetSuite recommendations.
  • Monitor out-of-scope requests and communicate change-management processes and level-of-effort considerations.
  • Train, mentor, and coach Consultant I and Consultant II professionals and delegate work appropriately.
  • Contribute NetSuite expertise to business development, sales, marketing, cross-selling, events, and webinars.
  • Contribute to research and foundational initiatives that strengthen team capabilities and NetSuite solutions.
