Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- Have 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML, MLOps, platform engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Have working knowledge of major cloud service platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Have practical experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Be proficient in at least one programming language and familiar with machine learning frameworks.
- Understand machine learning and large language model development workflows.
- Have experience with production-oriented AI/ML systems, pipelines, or platform services.
- Bring strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across application and infrastructure layers.
- Work effectively in a fully remote environment and communicate with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain platform services, APIs, and SDK components for machine learning and LLM development.
- Build and operate ML and LLM pipelines for data ingestion, feature preparation, training, and related development workflows.
- Integrate AI workflows into production-ready pipelines, including document retrieval systems and vector databases.
- Develop orchestration components for reasoning workflows and memory stores.
- Deploy predictive and machine learning models in scalable serving environments with autoscaling.
- Implement runtime monitoring and operational practices for reliable AI services.
- Standardize and automate environment creation using infrastructure-as-code modules.
- Implement CI/CD practices for efficient and repeatable deployment workflows.
- Apply security and compliance controls in collaboration with governance teams.
- Contribute to the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of the AI platform.
