Requirements
- Bring 6-10+ years of experience as an Art Director; agency experience is preferred but not required.
- Be able to concept and art direct, developing storyboards, comps, or animatics without assistance from the Design team.
- Have extensive experience with integrated campaigns, from strategic development through creative development and delivery.
- Have production experience across film, digital, social, and print.
- Be well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and able to deliver comps, layouts, and assets across media types.
- Be able to give direction to studio designers where applicable.
- Be familiar with AI image and video generation tools.
- Bring a collaborative creative approach and give and receive constructive feedback respectfully.
Responsibilities
- Develop big ideas and bring them to life through every stage of production.
- Own brand projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion, often balancing multiple projects at once.
- Provide art direction for integrated campaigns and projects across film, social, digital, and interactive experiences.
- Use AI to create prototypes, drafts, mockups, and animatics, and develop or refine workflows for internally created assets.
- Present work to internal stakeholders and champion the creative vision.
- Manage relationships with outside production partners when necessary.
- Travel for production when necessary.
