Job Details

Have proven experience in copywriting, content design, or a similar messaging-focused role.
Provide a portfolio or work samples demonstrating copywriting expertise.
Have hands-on experience with a modern CRM, CMS, or content management platform.
Have active, hands-on experience using AI writing tools in a professional drafting workflow.
Be immediately available to start.
Be able to organize and maintain a template library, macro system, or knowledge base at scale.
Have a computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher.
Have internet speed of at least 40MBPS.
Have a noise-cancelling headset with an extended microphone and a webcam.
Have a backup computer and internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

Write, edit, and maintain standardized messaging, templates, and communications across internal and external channels.
Audit and refine templates so they are structured for AI automation tools.
Draft messaging for product launches, service expansions, and operational updates.
Organize and version content so teams and automated systems can locate the right information.
Write and update client guides and self-serve resources about delegating to and managing a remote Executive Assistant.
Draft and revise transactional emails and automated messages for onboarding, account updates, and operational notifications.
Review team-drafted and AI-generated content for voice, clarity, and accuracy.
Maintain the content style guide and usage guidelines.
Translate policy, product, or automation changes into internal reference documents and summary guides.
