Requirements
- Be a native or fluent German speaker, both spoken and written.
- Have a keen understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
- Communicate findings clearly.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or a related field is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze user-generated content on social media platforms for compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- Identify, investigate, and action policy-violating content, including hate speech, misinformation, spam, and other harmful material.
- Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret complex policy guidelines in context.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report emerging trends, policy loopholes, and user safety concerns.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in content moderation tasks.
- Provide feedback on policy improvements and product enhancements based on observed trends and user behavior.
- Engage with users or escalate complex cases according to defined protocols.
