Requirements
- Have 3–5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer or in a similar role.
- Have strong commercial experience with React.
- Have strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Understand software engineering principles, architecture and development best practices.
- Have experience designing, building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
- Have experience working with APIs and backend services.
- Have experience using Git and modern software development workflows.
- Bring strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Be comfortable with evolving requirements, ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Have experience collaborating with product stakeholders and non-technical team members.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Develop product features from concept through deployment.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to prototype and validate ideas.
- Build solutions across customer-facing platforms, internal business tools and client projects.
- Build responsive user interfaces and reusable components using React.
- Build backend services, APIs and business logic using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Develop secure and scalable integrations between systems and optimise database interactions.
- Contribute to technical design, architecture decisions, development standards and engineering processes.
- Use AI development tools, review AI-generated code and maintain accountability for code quality.
- Investigate bugs and system failures, identify root causes, and improve application performance and reliability.
