Requirements

  • Have 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience, or an undergraduate degree.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, and ADP.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically, listen well, ask for clarification, and write with strength and polish.
  • Manage tasks professionally, balance competing priorities, organize information, and flag problems in a timely way.
  • Be available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days and a 6am PST start.
  • Work five days per week, including Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming RSVP calls from people interested in community education events.
  • Maintain the RSVP process so each event is organized and ready.
  • Communicate with people by phone, email, and chat, adjusting the approach to each person.
  • Take direction from different team members.
  • Balance competing priorities and raise a flag early when something looks off.
