Experience: 8+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics; 3+ years of leading planners or analysts

Have 8+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
Have 3+ years of experience leading planners or analysts and developing people.
Demonstrate ownership of an S&OP or IBP process, including facilitating decisions among senior Sales, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
Have experience setting inventory policy and managing in-stock and inventory investment targets across multiple channels.
Have experience managing supply through co-manufacturers, including imported goods with long and variable lead times.
Demonstrate strong command of planning math and ERP data, with experience using Cin7, NetSuite, or similar.
Have experience owning ERP data integrity, system integrations, and company reporting platforms or dashboards.
Communicate clearly and persuasively with executives and external partners, in writing and in person.
Preferred: experience building automated reporting with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI and data tools.
Preferred: experience with shelf-stable, specialty food, or seafood products.
Preferred: APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.

Run the monthly S&OP process, including the executive decision meeting, and create an aligned forward-looking plan.
Reconcile demand and supply plans and resolve gaps across inventory, capacity, and cash.
Set coverage and safety stock policy and approve major buy decisions and inventory commitments.
Partner with Sales on pipe fills, promotions, launches, and new customer opportunities.
Own inventory policy, allocation rules, launch builds, and the treatment of aged and slow-moving inventory.
Partner with Finance on inventory valuation, month-end close sign-off, purchase commitments, and cash flow planning.
Lead and develop the Supply Planner and Inventory Analyst and plan team structure as the business grows.
Own Cin7 data accuracy and integrations with 3PL, WMS, EDI, Shopify, and Amazon.
Develop reporting platforms and dashboards and direct the shift from manual spreadsheets to automated reporting.
Audit system records against physical counts, receipts, and invoices and resolve discrepancies.
