Requirements
- Hold a BA/BS degree.
- Have 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
- Have 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
- Bring experience supporting district implementations; this is strongly preferred.
- Have instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech professional development experience; these are strongly preferred.
- Have exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
- Be organized, methodical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Be a self-starter and quick learner with an interest in improving education through technology.
- Bring strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Live in Chicago, Illinois, close to a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Partner with district leaders to support IXL implementation in mid-size districts.
- Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement professional development plans.
- Travel regionally to assigned districts, facilitate in-person professional development, and conduct quarterly visits.
- Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions.
- Analyze data to guide decisions and strategize next steps.
- Partner with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships, support district pilots, and assist with pre-sales opportunities.
