Requirements
- Have 4+ years of professional project management experience; experience in any industry is considered relevant.
- Have personally managed software development projects from planning through release.
- Have hands-on experience creating and maintaining delivery plans, monitoring progress, and following up on delays or outstanding tasks.
- Have direct experience collaborating with developers, QA professionals, and business stakeholders on requirements, blockers, scope changes, and delivery priorities.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, follow-up, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Be able to take ownership, proactively identify delivery risks, and drive projects forward with limited supervision.
- Previous experience as a software developer or data engineer is a plus.
- Experience managing data, analytics, or AI projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own software projects from planning and execution through release and delivery.
- Build and maintain delivery plans with tasks, owners, milestones, and deadlines.
- Track project progress, identify delays or risks, and drive recovery actions.
- Work with developers and QA teams to resolve blockers and keep delivery on track.
- Clarify requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into actionable development tasks.
- Manage project scope and change requests, assessing and communicating their impact on timelines and delivery.
- Plan and coordinate software releases, including readiness checks and alignment with QA.
- Update stakeholders and management on project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Coordinate technical and business teams to align priorities and expectations.
