Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in information technology, including infrastructure and platform services automation expertise.
- Have 4+ years of experience engineering and supporting containerization technology.
- Have 4+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.
- Have experience building end-to-end cloud solutions using low-level architecture documents.
- Translate customer requirements into new infrastructure to address business needs.
- Have expertise troubleshooting support escalations, optimizing on-call processes, and documenting knowledge.
- Have solid networking fundamentals.
- Have experience with security and compliance best practices, including SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, and implementing controls for software delivery teams.
- Have proven experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift and Docker.
- Have experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Have deep knowledge of cloud service providers and implementation and configuration best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Development and Architecture teams to build complex, highly available cloud environments.
- Provide Level 3 technical support to internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Lead and educate clients on cloud deployment patterns.
- Implement and build infrastructure to support the core product.
- Investigate and resolve customer integration issues during implementation.
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Perform root cause analysis on implementation errors and provide feedback to the Core development team.
- Document best practices and lessons learned.
- Design, implement, and maintain a secure, scalable infrastructure platform and support internal tools.
