Requirements
- Have proven experience in QA automation, including leadership roles.
- Have experience with automation frameworks covering functional, integration, load, and distributed system testing.
- Have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Use Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Have experience with JUnit, TestNG, or similar testing frameworks.
- Have experience with Gatling, JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar load-testing tools.
- Have experience with Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, or similar tools.
- Have experience with Java, Scala, or Python.
- Have experience with CI/CD, Git, and Jenkins or similar tools.
- Have experience with API testing and Agile/Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define test requirements.
- Ensure software release quality and reliability through testing.
- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers in best practices.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools.
- Report on test progress, defects, and overall product quality.
- Drive continuous improvements in the automation testing process.
