Requirements

  • Have at least one year of hands-on experience with retailer portals such as Amazon Vendor Central, Target Partners Online, Home Depot IDM, or Walmart Supplier One.
  • Have at least one year of experience working with GDSN.
  • Have at least two years of experience supporting enterprise customers through a platform launch or ongoing operation.
  • Be able to prioritize and deliver work for several customers at once with limited oversight.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, including making sound decisions when requirements are incomplete and adjusting course when a solution does not work.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, use good judgment in managing scope, and handle difficult conversations constructively.
  • Preferred: have at least one year of direct experience with Salsify PXM.
  • Preferred: have experience piloting new service offerings or resolving complex custom configurations.
  • Preferred: have experience mentoring colleagues or sharing knowledge across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day delivery across multiple managed services customers, balancing planned work, recurring operations, and emerging priorities.
  • Understand customer goals, pain points, and operating contexts; recommend and implement solutions that improve their use of Salsify.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Salsify PXM and related retailer workflows, including complex or nonstandard requirements.
  • Support work involving retailer portals and the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN), coordinating issues through resolution.
  • Manage customer expectations, communicate progress and risks, and propose workable alternatives when requests are outside scope or an approach is ineffective.
  • Deliver services on time and within agreed scope while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Product, to investigate issues, validate solutions, or pilot new service offerings.
  • Share knowledge and develop expertise in the platform, retailer processes, and customer use cases.
