Requirements

  • Have 3–5 years’ experience supporting heavy gauge thermoforming in a production environment; returnable packaging experience is strongly preferred.
  • Be proficient with SolidWorks drawings, revisions, and release discipline.
  • Be proficient with NetSuite item masters, BOMs, routings, routing notes, and production packet data.
  • Have working experience with EPDM/PDM release workflows, revision control, and document metadata.
  • Have demonstrated experience with ISO 9001:2015 document control and engineering change control.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Teams for trackers, audits, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Have proficiency with ECR database administration, including workflow configuration or support, evidence folder structure, and reporting.
  • Have experience cleaning up and maintaining legacy CAD and ERP data at scale.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English, with at least B2-level proficiency on the CEFR scale.
  • Be able to support production questions with urgency and accuracy during normal business hours and follow issues through to closure.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, revise, and re-release SolidWorks drawings, layouts, and specifications for production.
  • Maintain EPDM/PDM records and metadata, including revision, release state, and traceable history.
  • Manage redlines, legacy drawing cleanup, and controlled re-release activities for production molds.
  • Create and maintain NetSuite item masters, BOMs, routings, routing notes, work instructions, and packaging instructions.
  • Review and refresh work order packets when ERP data changes, ensuring production uses the latest approved information.
  • Administer engineering change requests, orders, and deviations by routing approvals, tracking progress, and documenting closure.
  • Maintain change evidence and records in line with ISO 9001:2015 document control and traceability expectations.
  • Attend daily production meetings and coordinate documentation priorities with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Production.
  • Provide technical documentation support to manufacturing teams and communicate requirements to external plants or suppliers as needed.
  • Respond to customer or sales requests for dimensions and specifications using controlled documentation.
